Hello!

This year is definatly a husky year for me. I had the pleasure to photograph 3 more beautiful huskies recently, this time from South-West Sydney.

Rosie & Gianni and I met a few months ago at a doggie party through a mutual friend. Sitting in the garden watching the puppies play, we started to chat, about dogs, travel and more dogs, hehe.  Back then Sky wasn’t in the picture yet, but I remember having a lovely game of tug with Niam who was their first puppy, and Indy who they adopted a few months later as a friend for Niam.

Fast forward a few months and there we all were together in Kurnell, having a nice warm late afternoon photoshoot together. Funny thing was, they already had 2 hours of playtime in the morning at a dog park but they bounded out of the car with so much excitement and enthusiasm for their next adventure! 🙂

Niam is the youngest pup just 1 year old and is always up for some human attention. He loves his bed time, especially if he can squeeze in between mum & dad ;)) Indy is just 6 months older than Niam and is the smallest one of all her siblings, but that does not mean she won’t tell you how things are in her pack. She is a little more reserved with strangers. Thankfully my treat bribing “technique” worked, at least for a short amount of time :).

Indy just loves receiving the love of her people through scratches, strokes & belly rubs 🙂 Sky is the new girl on the block expanding Rosie’s & Gianni’s fur pack to 3. She is a big cuddle bug at home and seems to be settling in and getting on well with her new family. Slowly, but surely finding her place and loving the adventurous days out.

They are all very much loved by their devoted humans.

“I love my weekends with my dogs. We really try to take them out every day when we’re not working and even if we do. They really have a lot of energy they need to spend… Their pose whenever they sleep is hilarious. They crack me up when Niam hops up in the hammock with daddy for a snooze on a Sunday afternoon, or the way they interact with any person coming through the door. They welcome them with jumps, kisses and waging tails. The best welcoming committee ever!” – Rosie

So without further ado, scroll down to see the highlights form this session and as always, if you like leave me a comment 🙂

Indy is working hard for those treats! 🙂

Peek-a-boo with Niam 🙂

Welcome to the family Sky!

There is always the one… 🙂
